Rendiise is Estonia’s first smart rental service for cleaning equipment. It offers 24/7 contactless rentals of devices like carpet cleaners, steam cleaners, and window-cleaning robots. Customers can book, pay, and collect equipment from smart lockers located in major cities, including Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Rakvere, and Saku.
Challenge
Managing bookings, payments, and equipment access manually required significant staff involvement and limited availability. This setup restricted scalability and customer convenience, especially for after-hours rentals.
Solution
Autlio provided an integrated automation platform that connected booking, payment, invoicing, and smart locker access. This allowed customers to rent and return equipment independently, without staff involvement.
