Challenge
Trumpit aimed to improve how customers hand over and pick up devices for service. Traditional methods required in-person coordination, which limited flexibility and consumed staff time. The goal was to make the device service process fully digital and available 24/7.
Solution
Using Autlio’s smart locker and automation software, Trumpit implemented a 24/7 self-service system. Customers can drop off or collect devices at any time using secure codes. The locker is also integrated with notifications and internal workflows, making the process efficient and trackable.
